Rates

Bay Area:

My incall rate in the Bay Area is $2000 for the first hour and $1500 for each additional hour.  The fee includes accommodations, which I will arrange.  The minimum engagement is one hour and I require a 20% deposit to secure the timeslot.  The balance is due in cash at the beginning of the booking.  The deposit is refundable and transferable up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time; after that, it becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.  In the unlikely event that I need to cancel, your deposit will be fully refunded.

Elsewhere in the US:

My incall rate for the rest of the country is $5000 plus the Bay Area rate.  The additional charge covers my travel time and flight(s).  The minimum booking for FMTY is 12 hours and I require a 50% deposit to secure the timeslot.  The balance is due in cash at the beginning of the booking.  In the unlikely event that I need to cancel, the deposit will be fully refunded; otherwise, it is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

I do not travel internationally for bookings at this time.  If you wish to extend a date while it is in progress, I am happy to do so (subject to availability), but the additional fee must be provided immediately.  Deposits and extensions can be provided electronically.

My rate is compensation for my time; it does not vary with the activity or activities we choose to do.  Whether we're going for dinner, catching a show, or something more intimate, there are no hidden fees or upcharges.  I'm very open-minded and willing to try new things, but please note I do not engage in any unsafe activities.  Please remember to review my screening policy and etiquette tips before booking.
